Quality control is paramount in the design of Benefuel’s biodiesel processing equipment.
While the majority of biodiesel processors tout a continuous flow system, they fail to mention that testing and quality control is done on a batch basis and left to interpretation and very prone to human error.
Benefuel has developed the world’s most state of the art in-line quality control system that operates in real time and provides a guarantee that fuel will always be produced in specification. Benefuel will have a Refinery Operations Center (ROC) that will provide continuous support and management of all its refineries. This provides a third level of support that currently does not exist in the industry today.
By continuously sampling the fuel as it moves through the refining process, Benefuel tests for all major ASTM 6751 and EN12421 characteristics to ensure only quality fuel enters into final storage.
Benefuel’s system monitors each critical area of the refining process in real time and records these results in a searchable database where operating data is stored for future reference and analysis. Benefuel’s refinery automatically adjusts to changing operating conditions, eliminating the need to constantly test fuel and have a chemist or lab assistant on staff to monitor quality.
By constantly evaluating the refining process in real time, Benefuel can extend the ability to monitor, manage and support the refining from a remote location. Benefuel can provide a watchful eye on your refinery 24x7 to ensure that the quality of your product is always 100%, even if someone happens to be asleep on the night shift.
All of this translates into a system that maintains continuous quality control records and helps provide an automatic log of production history. This can be analyzed for trends in operating history and it makes compliance for the BQ-9000 program easier and more cost effective. |
